Card Lister is a Shopify app that turns card-scanner exports into a TCG singles catalog on a merchant's own store. This policy describes what data the app touches, what it stores, and how to have it removed.
With the permissions granted at install, the app reads and writes products, product listings, inventory, locations, and sales-channel publications on your store through the Shopify Admin API. This data is processed to run the imports and reports you request.
The app stores your shop domain and its Shopify session, a history of the import runs you perform (file name, options, and per-card results), and daily snapshots of your listing prices used for the price report. All of it belongs to the shop that created it.
The app never requests, receives, or stores personal data about your customers. It has no access to orders, customer profiles, or checkout information.
Card names, set codes, and collector numbers are sent to Scryfall to resolve cards and fetch market prices — never anything about your shop or your customers. The app is hosted on Railway and its database runs on Supabase; both act as infrastructure providers and do not use the data for their own purposes.
Uninstalling the app deletes its Shopify session immediately. Within 48 hours of Shopify's shop-redaction request that follows an uninstall, every record tied to your shop — import history and price snapshots included — is deleted.
